Returns & refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, reach out and we will make it fair.
REFUNDS (ORDER CANCELLED OR NOT SHIPPED YET)
If we have not sent your order to production yet, we can usually cancel and refund the full amount. Email us with your order number (it looks like #RL-0001 on your confirmation email).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES (AFTER DELIVERY)
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Because each tee is made to order, return shipping may be your cost unless we sent the wrong item or a defect.
HOW REFUNDS SHOW UP
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5 to 10 business days. You will get an email from us when the refund is processed.
